Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will send you a written confirmation of your order upon receipt of your deposit and provide you with an estimated completion time. If the items are in stock we will charge your card and ship the items. If the items are not in stock we require a 50% deposit which will be charged to your card at time of order. The remaining 50% will be charged to your card when the order ships. If you prefer to use a personal check, please place your order by telephone. We are open 8:00 to 4:30 EST, Monday through Friday. 1-800-631-2725. Sales Tax: We charge 5% sales tax to all orders delivered to Virginia addresses. Shipping: Our prices include shipping to addresses in the continental United States. Shipping to some islands may not be available. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at additional charge. Please call for quote. We do not ship outside the USA. Our free shipping is by common carrier and the driver gets the box to the back of the truck. Getting the box off the truck and into the house is your responsibility. Please be aware that table boxes can weigh over 100 pounds. We offer a upgraded delivery service, our GOLD DELIVERY SERVICE, where the driver and a helper will bring the furniture into the house, unpack and assemble the furniture, place it in the room of your choice, and remove the packaging. An additional charge applies for Gold delivery and delivery time will be longer. Please call for a quote. Delivery Time: We stock some items and some items are made to order. Most orders take three to six weeks to build. Shipping time is usually an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes it can take longer. We will give you an estimated shipping time when we receive your deposit. We can estimate shipping time prior to your placing an order, however we must know the exact items, quantities, wood and stain color, to give you an estimate. Estimates given prior to receiving a deposit are subject to change due to prior sale of an item. Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. The furniture must be returned with all of the original packaging in place. Cost of the return shipping must be paid by you. We offer a limited warranty beyond that.
