The Shugart family (his mothers family) has dealt in American Antiques since 1903. With this background it is logical that we are very traditional in our methods. Our tables are made with old time mortise and tenon construction. Our Natural Tables designs are modern Designs based on antique forms, farm tables, Windsor chairs, ladder-back chairs, and other Shaker designs. We only offer these designs in clear natural finishes. No stains are used. The furniture is a celebration of the natural beauty of the wood ’s color and grain in all of its variations.
